Chris, Claire and their children have lived at Bonshaw since 2008 when they inherited it from Chris’ father, Dr Bruce Irving. Chris is a company director, having served in The Highlanders (Seaforth, Gordons and Camerons) infantry battalion. He is a member of The King’s Bodyguard for Scotland, Royal Company of Archers. Claire is training to be a school-based child counselor.
They are delighted to welcome visiting Irvings/Irvines/Irwins, of whatever spelling, from around the world and give tours of the tower.
