Alexander Irvine, XXVII Baron of Drum, Chief of the Name and Arms of Irvine of Drum and Patron of Clan Irwin Association. While the Chief is also the 27th Baron of Drum under Royal Charter from 1323, by Scottish custom and family tradition he is colloquially called, “Drum” or “The Laird of Drum” and overseas is known as the “Baron of Drum”.

His wife, Zulfa, is “The Lady Drum”. Alexander has 3 boys. The eldest is Thomas Alexander Irvine, his heir, and is “The Younger of Drum”. His second son is Alexander David Bhismadev Irvine (known as David) and his youngest son is Isaac Colbeck Vasudeva Irvine. The Baron also has four daughters: Roma, Shoba, Carolyn and Georgie.
